Richard and his staff are awesome, honest and kind. They have the best prices in Southern California. This is how great they are, My family and I live in Carson, CA which is approximately 34 miles from Quality Auto and we take all three of our vehicles to Richard and his staff because we know that we will get what our vehicles need at a fair price and we never worry about being overcharged, or paying for parts that aren’t needed. Trustworthy, honest work and quality parts. I have been going here exclusively for over 3 years now, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Even though it’s a 40 minute drive from my house, I wouldn’t ever even consider going somewhere else. I found out about this place from a coworker of mine who was a mechanic himself and said he has been taking his cars here for over 15 years, and has never had a problem with any repairs or maintenance performed by Quality Auto. Rick, the owner, goes out of his way to make sure his customers understand what’s wrong with their vehicles. If you’re just looking to find the cheapest repairs, go elsewhere. Otherwise, if you actually care about the life of your vehicle, look no further.
